       Fashion TV is an international fashion and lifestyle broadcasting television channel. Founded in France by Michel Adam Lisowski, in 1997 is an international TV network exclusively dedicated to fashion, glamour and style and it is one of the most widely-distributed satellite channels in the world with a total of 500 million households in 193 countries, operating in five continents. Today, FashionTV is a multi-media platform offering the most comprehensive and fastest review of global fashion and is independently owned and operated from its Paris headquarters.

Investment Banking


Wilson passion was always into Investment Banking right from school days. He always wanted to be a banker and do deals and connect people, thus the ability to network and connect with people at all levels. He has travelled extensively and lived in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, India, USA and Brazil. However his connect is global and has put together deals globally and manages money for client’s internationally. This was how he became acquainted with Fashion TV.

Launched in Paris, Europe’s fashion capital, FTV’s initial strategy was to obtain a global dominance of the fashion-broadcasting sector. Within the first 10 years of its existence, FTV swiftly expanded towards other parts of the world, thus established global hegemony in Fashion and Lifestyle events. Soon after that, FTV became a reference guide for fashion on television also in other uncharted countries.



   He believed that every media source (like newspapers, television, journals, periodicals) will have an unique niche for its fashion sections so he put his faith behind fashion TV and as Michel Adam, the founder of fashion TV built Fashion TV to be the best brand globally in the luxury and fashion space it naturally became a runaway success. He thus involved myself in raising capital for Fashion TV through private equity offer at Merrill Lynch. Eventually he was very instrumental in helping Fashion TV to go public in 2009. From then there is no looking back for Fashion TV.

   Fashion TV also earns revenues from its franchises by providing their brand name to independent franchisees like accessories shops, beauty salons, lounges, bars, resorts and hotels. Some of the franchisees by Fashion TV are F Bar, F Studio, F Hotels, F Garments, F Parties, and F Shops, F residences, F vodka and F beverages

Since he is the strategic advisor to Michel Adam, the founder and chairman of Fashion TV, his main area of focus is on promoting franchises on the Fashion TV as a brand. This model has been successfully implemented in most countries and now he is working on a deal for India.
